1. An email address, phone number,URL or all caps is strictly prohibited.
2. Each listing is for one property, ads for multiple homes or your company are not allowed.
3. No duplicate listings, do not list your home twice! Even in another region.
4. Your listing must be placed in the closest appropriate region to the property.
5. Your listing must reflect accurate information about the property.

3. Registering for someone else is strictly prohibited.

5. You must reply to any and all inquires by email within a reasonable amount of time.
6. You must reply to any and all emails received by a SubmitYourRentals.com staff member within 72 hours.
